No-Rise Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. boiling water
6 c. flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in 1/4 cup water.
Set aside.
Combine sugar, salt and shortening with boiling water.
Stir until dissolved. Cool to lukewarm.
Add yeast and 3 cups flour.
Beat until smooth. Add 3 cups more flour.
Knead into 2 balls and roll onto greased pizza pan.
Add toppings.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until crust is golden brown.
Makes 2 regular or 1 deep dish pizza.
