Imperial Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
    juice of 1 lemon
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine butter and garlic; set aside.
    Combine crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Dip each breast in butter mixture and coat with crumbs.
    Roll tightly and skewer with toothpicks. Arrange rolls in a shallow baking dish.
    Add lemon juice to the remaining butter and garlic mixture; drizzle over chicken rolls. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove toothpicks before serving.
