Easter Egg Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. milk
    1 doz. eggs
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add milk and salt.
    Mix well.
    Put on low heat and stir until milk and eggs curdle; will look like sour milk. Pour into bag or cloth and tie tight to form a ball.
    Let drip overnight.
    Take out of bag and cloth.
    Re-cover and put in refrigerator.
    Slice as you would cheese.
    Will keep for weeks.
