Easy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. lukewarm water
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 pkg. yeast
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Set aside.
    Mix sugar, egg and shortening until shortening is almost melted.
    Add yeast mixture.
    Add flour slowly and mix well.
    Cover and put in refrigerator.
    Roll out and cut.
    Let stand 2 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
