English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 small jar pimento, drained
1 can celery soup
2 cans drained English peas
Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Melt the oleo in casserole dish. Add the onion, water chestnuts, pimento, soup and peas.
Cover with bread crumbs.
I use cracker crumbs instead.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
