Tantalizing Raspberry Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. cold butter
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pkg. frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed (or 1 c. fresh)
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt in bowl.
    Cut butter into flour mixture.
    Mix egg yolk with water and lemon juice, sprinkle over flour mixture.
    Mix until ball forms.
    Divide dough into 12 balls. Press each ball into bottom and sides of muffin tin.
    Refrigerate tart shells while making filling.
