Microwave Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    3 medium size potatoes (1 lb.), cut in 1/8-inch thick rounds
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Melt butter in 1 1/2-quart bowl (High for 30 to 45 seconds). Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended.
    Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
    Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring twice, until boiling and slightly thickened.
