Quick Rumtopf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced pears, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 1/2 c. dark rum
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together.
    Ladle into clean, sterilized jars.
    Store in a cool place.
    Let age 1 month before serving. Makes about 3 pints. Can be served over ice cream or pound cake.
