Celery Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    water chestnuts (if desired)
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Wash, string and slice celery about 1/4-inch.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Drain and pour into dish.
    Heat soup and pour over celery.
    Add slices of water chestnuts.
    Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine.
    Sprinkle over celery mixture and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
