Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 c. cold black coffee
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients at once.
    Beat on low speed for 4 minutes; pour into pans or pan lined with wax paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes if 9-inch pans; 30 to 40 minutes if a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    This is a moist dark chocolate cake; may be frosted or left unfrosted.
