Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 medium or 2 large bananas
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs one at a time.
Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
Dissolve soda in milk and add alternately with flour mixture.
Add vanilla, then bananas and nuts and mix well.
Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes clean from center.
