Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. water
4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely crushed Oreo cookies (8 to 10 cookies)
2 c. whipping cream, whipped to a stiff peak
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, water and vanilla.
Fold in the crushed cookies and the whipped cream.
Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or any similar 2-quart container.
Cover and freeze for 6 hours.
Serve.
