Steak Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    pinch of oregano
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef.
    Add other ingredients; simmer on low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
