Heavenly Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    20 Ritz crackers
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can blueberry pie filling
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff; gradually add sugar.
    Crumble Ritz crackers.
    Fold into egg white mixture, then add pecans and vanilla.
    Pour into a heavily greased pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes a thick crust.
    When cool, spread pie filling in crust and top with Cool Whip.
    You may use any pie filling to suit your taste (peach, apple, cherry, etc.).
