Veal Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground veal (if not available, use baby beef)
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. parsley, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    small cut macaroni
Preparation
    Heat
    oil in saucepan.
    Saute garlic, veal and parsley. Brown lightly.
    Add tomato sauce and water.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Simmer
    for 30 minutes.
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Drain and serve with sauce.
