Eddie'S Tangy Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Saute onion and celery until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook about 15 to 20 minutes so flavors blend.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups of the barbecue sauce.
