Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 small can milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all together in mixer.
Bake in two 9-inch pie shells at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
