Pasta With Tomato And Basil Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, chopped
2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. snipped parsley
2/3 c. chopped basil leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 lb. pasta (spaghetti or ziti)
Preparation

In medium saucepan, cook garlic in olive oil, about 1 minute. Add all ingredients.
Cook over low heat until boiling, stirring occasionally.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Cook pasta; drain. Pour sauce over; garnish with cheese.
