Fettucine With Olive Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettucine
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1 (6 oz.) can black olives, pitted, drained and chopped
    1 (3 oz.) jar green olives, chopped
    1 small bunch parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook fettucine and keep warm.
    Heat olive oil and cook garlic until it begins to brown.
    Stir in olives, parsley, oregano, red pepper and 1/2 cup water over high heat just to boiling; stir occasionally.
    Stir olive mixture into fettucine in saucepot.
    Add cheese and toss until well mixed.
    Serve with tossed salad.
