Apple Cake In A Pie Tin(Yummy!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. nut meats
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Add sugar to well beaten egg.
Add dry ingredients, apples, nuts and vanilla all at once.
Stir all together.
Bake in greased pie tin at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with ice cream or whipped cream.
