Quick Bran Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/3 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. wheat bran
    1/2 c. small raisins
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. light molasses
    1 c. sour milk
    1/4 c. melted shortening
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, salt and baking powder together.
    Stir in wheat bran and raisins.
    Beat egg and sugar together; add molasses, sour milk and melted shortening.
    Stir into flour mixture.
    Bake in greased bread pan at 350\u00b0 for about an hour.
