Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c.sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 1/4 tsp. allspice

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake on bottom shelf of oven until filling doesn't shake.
Finish on middle shelf until knife comes out clean.
