Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium yellow squash
5 medium zucchini squash
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. chives
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Cook squash with seasoning in small amount of water until squash is well done.
Drain well.
Layer squash and Cheddar cheese.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
