Eclair Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Bring water and butter to boil in saucepan. Stir in flour until smooth. Stir in eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir until thick and smooth. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased pizza pan, forming a circle. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Do not open door. Shut off oven. Leave in oven for 20 minutes. Cool and slit ring in half. Put filling on bottom half; replace top of ring on pudding. Drizzle with chocolate frosting (melted).
