Crackling Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal
    1 1/2 c. milk or water
    1 1/2 c. finely broken cracklings
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients
    thoroughly and pour into greased pan. Bake
    for
    1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    The top of bread should also be greased before baking.
