Chicken And Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

nonstick cooking spray (preferably olive oil)
1 (16 oz.) bag mixed frozen vegetables
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 4 oz. each)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can low-fat, low-sodium condensed cream of broccoli soup
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly coat a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread the vegetables evenly across the bottom of the dish.
Fold the thin end of each chicken breast under the thick end so they will cook evenly.
Arrange on top of the vegetables.
