Grandma Esh'S Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. coconut
    milk
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs.
    Add milk to coconut to fill a 1-cup measure.
    Combine flour and baking powder, then add this alternately with the milk to the sugar and butter.
    Mix well, then pour into 2 layer pans or 9 x 13-inch pan (greased and floured).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
