Cheddar Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 slightly beaten egg
Preparation

Combine baking mix, cheese, evaporated milk, water, nuts and egg.
Mix vigorously for 30 seconds or until blended.
Spoon into a buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 or 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serve warm or cold.
