Layered Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
    Velveeta cheese slices
    2 medium potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown and drain hamburger.
    Put in bottom of casserole dish. Cover with a layer of chopped onion and a layer of sliced raw potatoes.
    Salt and pepper lightly.
    Cover with Velveeta cheese slices.
    Top with mushroom soup.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender at 350\u00b0.
    Cover casserole with foil before baking.
