Huevos Rancheros(Country Eggs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    unsalted butter
    4 eggs
    2 (8-inch) tortillas (flavor)
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 Tbsp. mild salsa
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    salsa
Preparation
    In crepe pan, melt unsalted butter and fry eggs until done. Put eggs on a warm plate.
