Salmon Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans salmon
    1 small (8 oz.) can corn
    1 small (8 oz.) can English peas
    1 small (8 oz.) can sliced carrots
    1 pkg. instant potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    cooking oil
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Debone salmon. (Save liquid from salmon in case mixture needs to be moistened.) Put in large mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper. Then add eggs, peas, corn, carrots and onion. Combine and then add potatoes and bread crumbs. Mix well. Roll into patties and coat with flour. Drop in hot oil and fry until brown on both sides.
