Easy Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
    1 c. cold water
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 (8 or 9-inch) graham crusts
    1 can fruit topping (cherry, blueberry, etc.)
Preparation
    In small saucepan, put 1/4 to 1/2 cup water.
    Sprinkle gelatine over water and let set for 2 minutes.
    In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
    After gelatine has set for 2 minutes, heat until dissolved; stir constantly.
    Mix with rest of water and slowly add to cream cheese mixture, beating as added. Mix well.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Chill.
    Top with fruit before serving.
    Must be refrigerated.
