Herb Seasoned Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
    4 boneless pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed broccoli cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
Preparation
    On waxed paper, combine bread crumbs and thyme. Dip each pork chop into egg; coat with bread crumb mixture.
    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oleo, cook pork chops until browned on both sides.
    Remove chops. Stir in soup, milk and onion.
    Heat to boiling. Return chops to skillet, turning to coat with soup mixture.
    Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until pork is fork-tender.
