2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt (if desired)
1 tsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
2 c. diced, cooked ham
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus cuts, thawed and drained*
1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
3 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs

One 10.5 ounce can Green Giant cut spears asparagus, drained, can be substituted for frozen asparagus.
