Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, broken in small pieces
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (do not defrost)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can water chestnuts (8 oz.), sliced
Preparation

Layer each ingredient in order given.
Cover with mayonnaise making sure to seal edges of dish.
Sprinkle generously with McCormick Salad Supreme.
Seal dish with foil.
Let stand overnight.
When ready to serve, toss together adding 1/2 pound crumbled bacon.
Use a 9 x 9-inch dish.
Might not need a whole head of lettuce.
