Pat'S Cheese Straws - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. softened margarine
1 lb. sharp grated cheese
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Beat margarine and grated cheese until fluffy.
Add cayenne pepper and salt.
Add flour 1/2 cup at a time until all is combined.
Put in cookie press or pastry bag and press out on ungreased cookie sheets.
Cook at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until crisp.
Store in tins.
Will keep for several weeks.
