Stir-Fried Beef And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. oil
    1 pkg. Birds Eye Farm Fresh broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine steak, garlic, soy sauce and ginger.
    Heat oil in large skillet or wok; add meat mixture.
    Cook just until all pink color disappears.
    Add vegetables; stir quickly to coat with oil, then reduce heat to medium.
    Cook for 5 minutes, stirring once. Mix cornstarch with water; add to veggie mixture.
    Cook and stir about 1 minute until sauce is thickened.
    Serve over hot rice, if desired.
    Makes 4 servings.
