Chocolate Snowflakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed until blended.
Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add about 1/4 of dry mixture at a time to wet mixture, mixing after each addition. Cover and chill dough at least 2 hours.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Place cookies 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool on wire racks.
Yield:
8 dozen.
