Pumpkin Pie With Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    1 (16 oz.) can mashed pumpkin
    3 large eggs, separated
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Prick bottom and sides of pie crust with a fork.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes on lowest rack.
    Combine pumpkin, egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and the next 6 ingredients.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes in center of oven.
