Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    1 stick melted butter
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup of juice.
    Mix flour, sugar and cheese and stir into pineapple.
    Pour juice over all.
    Pour in an 11 x 17-inch dish.
    Blend butter and crushed crackers. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
