Egg White Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    4 pkg. low sodium chicken flavored broth mix
    4 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion (green part only)
Preparation
    In a mekium sauce pan, combine water and broth mix.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Beat egg whites with a fork until slightly frothy.
    Gradually pour egg whites into boiling soup, stirring briskly with the other hand, in a circular motion.
    Pour soup into bowls.
    Garnish with green onions.
