Sour Cream Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium size potatoes
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. butter or margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Boil potatoes in skins until fork pierces easily.
Peel potatoes and chop in large pieces.
While potatoes are still warm, mix in all other ingredients.
Put in casserole dish.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
