Vicky'S Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix the boiling water, shortening, sugar and salt in a bowl. Cool to lukewarm.
    Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
    Add to the sugar mixture and mix well.
    Stir in flour, form to a ball. Grease the top and cover.
    Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
    Punch down and cover.
    Place in refrigerator until ready to bake.
    Roll out on a floured surface, cut with biscuit cutter. Fold over and place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Let rise until doubled.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
