Pork Chops And Corn Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 well beaten egg
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (make in blender)
1/2 tsp. sage
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 pork chops
Preparation

In an 8-inch square baking dish, combine all ingredients, except pork chops.
Brown pork chops (I usually trim off any excess fat).
Place pork chops on top of stuffing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning chops after 1/2 hour.
