My Mom'S (Mary Justus) Southern Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. creamed corn
1 1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Cream flour and butter together.
Add egg yolks, sugar and corn.
Fold in egg whites; add salt and pepper.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until silver knife comes clean when inserted in the middle, about 1 1/2 hours.
