Christmas Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
6 strips bacon, uncooked
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
10 slices rye bread, cubed
1 1/2 lb. cooked corned beef
2 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. sauteed onion
6 eggs, lightly beaten
3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Line pan with bread cubes.
Layer with corned beef, then cheese.
Add sauteed onion to egg, milk and pepper mixture.
Pour mixture over cubes, beef and cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
