Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Stokely's Bavarian kraut
4 c. sliced celery, cut in half moon slices
1 large onion, sliced
1 c. red pimento, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Drain juice from cans and with a sharp knife cut across several times, cutting kraut so it will not be stringy. Empty into large mixing bowl and add celery. Mix together onion, red pimento, vinegar, green pepper and sugar. Let this set in refrigerator overnight before serving.
