Mixed Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium-size cantaloupe (about 1/2 lb.), halved, seeded, sliced 1/4 inch thick and peeled
2 medium-size navel oranges, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 medium-size bananas, peeled, sliced and sprinkled with 2 tsp. lemon juice to prevent darkening
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. seedless green grapes
3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 Tbsp. minced fresh mint (optional)
Preparation

Arrange the cantaloupe, oranges, bananas, strawberries and grapes attractively on a large platter.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
