Onion Short Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large onion
1/4 c. butter
12 oz. corn muffin mix
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cream-style corn
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Peel, dice and saute onion in butter. Set aside.
