Sausage Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 medium size mushrooms (about 1-inch wide, 1 lb. total)
    1/3 lb. seasoned bulk pork sausage
    3 Tbsp. seasoned dried bread crumbs
    Italian parsley leaves
Preparation
    Heat the broiler.
    Rinse the mushrooms. Scoop out stems with a small spoon and save for other uses.
    Mix the pork sausage and bread crumbs. Mound meat mixture in caps, then place meat side up in a rimmed 10 x 15-inch baking pan.
    Broil 6 to 7-inches from heat until meat is well browned, about 5 minutes.
    Lift mushrooms onto a platter. Scatter with Italian parsley leaves. Serves 12. Preparation time:
